What is your return and exchange policy?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their Castle Glassworks purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do you offer free shipping?

How do I clean my glass bong?
Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and taste. Here's our recommended process:
- Empty the bong water after every session.
- Rinse with warm water to loosen fresh residue.
- Add isopropyl alcohol (90%+) and coarse salt to the chamber.
- Cover openings and shake vigorously for 60–90 seconds.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water until no alcohol smell remains.
- For stubborn buildup, soak overnight before shaking.
- Use pipe cleaners or brushes for the downstem and bowl.
- Air dry completely before storing.
Cleaning frequency:
- Light users — once per week.
- Daily users — every 2–3 days for the best flavor and hygiene.
- Heavy users - Daily.
How do I clean a quartz banger?
Keeping your banger clean is critical for flavor. Burnt residue (called "chazzing") permanently damages quartz if left uncleaned.
- After each dab, use a cotton swab to wipe the inside of the banger while still warm (not hot).
- For deeper cleaning, soak in isopropyl alcohol for 30 minutes.
- Rinse with warm water and dry before use.
- Never use cold water on a hot banger — thermal shock will crack the quartz

My bong is hard to pull / has poor airflow. What's wrong?
Poor airflow is almost always caused by one of these issues:
- Dirty downstem: Resin buildup restricts airflow — clean with isopropyl alcohol and salt.
- Too much water: Water level should be just above the bottom of the downstem (1–1.5 inches).
- Blocked bowl: Cannabis and resin can clog the bowl or screen — clean with isopropyl alcohol and salt.
My quartz banger has gone cloudy / dark. Can I fix it?
Cloudy or dark bangers (called "chazzing") are caused by overheating concentrates that burn and oxidize onto the quartz surface. Mild cloudiness can be partially reversed by soaking in isopropyl alcohol. Heavy chazzing is permanent and affects flavor — this is why Q-tip cleaning after every dab is essential.
My bong tastes bad even after cleaning. What's happening?
If your bong tastes off even after a thorough clean, the issue is likely:
- Alcohol residue: Rinse more thoroughly after cleaning — run warm water through for 3–5 minutes.
- Stale water: Always use fresh, clean water every session.
- Resin-stained glass: Some heavy staining requires multiple cleaning cycles.
- Dirty bowl: Even a clean bong tastes bad with a dirty bowl — clean all components.
