How do I contact Castle Glassworks about a wholesale account?

We welcome wholesale inquiries from retailers and distributors across Canada and internationally. Please visit our wholesale registration page to submit your details. You can also email us directly at contact@castleglassworks.ca with "Wholesale Inquiry" in the subject line.

What information should I include when contacting about an order?

To help us resolve your inquiry as quickly as possible, please have the following ready:

Your order number (found in your confirmation email), the email address used when ordering, and a brief description of your issue. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.

How can I check on the status of my order?

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (if applicable). If you haven’t received an update or you have other concerns about shipping status, use our contact form or phone line to provide your order number, and we’ll get you an update right away.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or modifications are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately by phone or email with your order number. After processing has begun, changes may not be possible.

What is your return or exchange policy for damaged shipments?

We want you to receive your glassware in perfect condition. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please take photos and contact us immediately. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process and make sure you get a replacement as soon as possible.
